Great August for the crew

Lock and his pups had a very successful August. Lock received a BIS and RBIS in Canada. Bree (Kinetic Pearl Hart), Dillon (Ninebark Sugarbird Gunsmoke), and Ben (Ninebark Sugarbird Matlock) earned their CKC CHs. Bree, Dillon and Ben are all Lock pups. Thank you to all the judges especially Kristi Francis and Jean Paul Kerihuel. He also received a Select and Ben was RWD from the 9-12 month class in the CNASA Regional Specialty in Winnipeg under Steven Dainard. Ben was also WD, BOW in the MCA Working/Herding Group Specialty. Thank you very to Stephen Dainard and Michel Chaloux.

At the Lexington cluster, Lock went BOB and G3 over an impressive line up of Specials in the breed ring including BIS winners and an impressive line up in the Group ring under Barbara Dempsey Alderman. He was also Select 2 days. Ben also as WD, BOW for 2 points and Bree was WB and BOW for 2 points. Thank you to all the judges especially Barbara Dempsey Alderman and John Wade.

We were unable to show every day at Lexington. We took a day off to go to the State Fair with our Shorthorns. Rambo, our yearling bull, won his division and Nooner, one of our young heifers was Reserve KY Division Winner.
